Recommended daily dose:
Adults and Children 12+: 10ml (2 teaspoons)
Children (3-12 years): 5ml (1 teaspoon)

Increased dose for extra support:
Adults and Children 12+: 10ml (2 teaspoons) up to four times daily
Children (3-12 years): 5ml (1 teaspoon) up to four times daily.
