NOW Colloidal Minerals is a plant-derived, water-soluble mineral blend from prehistoric Utah deposits. Each 1 oz serving provides naturally occurring major and trace minerals, including boron, calcium, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, silver, sodium, sulfur, and zinc, in fulvic acid. Take 2 tablespoons (1 fl oz) daily in juice or water. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening. Packaged in the USA by a family-owned company since 1968.
