RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Mega-Discounts 4U, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully, as our products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers via Shopify Collective.

Returns Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain product categories (including opened health, personal care, and hygiene products) cannot be returned for safety reasons unless they are faulty or not as described.

How to Request a Return Contact us at mrayner33@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. As our products are fulfilled directly by our suppliers, returns are processed through the original supplier and you will be provided with the relevant return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by the supplier, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund in accordance with your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
